  I bought a water pressure cleaner from these guys using eBay. Big mistake. After three days they hadn't done anything about sending it, and it was only after I contacted them that they finally sent it. When it arrived, it was broken (starter cord jammed and wouldn't retract). Despite their promise to get back within one day, it took four days and me contacting them again before they did something. At least they sent out a replacement starter cord, but in an email they referred to instructions they'd given "in our telephone conversation". But there was no such conversation - I'd never spoken to them on the phone at this point.
  
  After all this, I finally decided I needed to give them a negative feedback on eBay, something I rarely do. When they saw that, their behaviour really plummeted. First, they threatened to withhold the spare part I needed (the starter cord assembly, which they'd already sent and which I'd already received!) until I removed the negative feedback. When that was obviously not going to work, they then threatened to withhold warranty support on my purchase, something I'm sure they can't legally do. I finally phoned them and asked to speak to Dave, the Manager. At first he wouldn't return my calls. Eventually, he answered my call. He promised to look into the matter and get back to me. More than a week and a half later, I'm still waiting for him to get back to me.
  
  I note the others who left feedback and reviews here had similar experiences to me, and - like my experience - DMC try to deflect blame by accusing their customers of lying or coming up with other rubbish. Seems these guys take no responsibility at all, and are always full of excuses and abuse. Who'd want to be a customer of these people?
  
  Really, really, REALLY bad way to do business. I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone.
